Booking Terms

Credit Card:
A credit card is required to confirm all reservations and a valid card must be supplied at check in for all arrivals.

Pets:
No pets allowed, except service dogs. Paperwork must be provided for all service dogs at check-in.

Damages:
Any damages caused to the property and contents will be charged to the card given at the time of check in.

Group Bookings:
Please inform us before arrival if you are travelling in a group of six or more. We reserve the right to refuse unauthorised groups. We do not accept stag or hen parties. Large groups may be required to provide an additional deposit at check-in, returnable on departure if unaffected. Should there be any inappropriate behaviour by the group after check-in we reserve the right to discontinue the reservation without refund.

Smoking:
We operate a strict no smoking policy. If a guest smokes in any part of the building, a charge of £100 will be made to the credit card given at the time of check in.

Age:
Bookings must be made by a person over the age of 18. At least one guest staying in each room must be over 18 years of age.

Behaviour:
Behaviour of guests and their visitors should not be excessive or rowdy, and must not cause embarrassment to fellow guests. We reserve the right to recover any compensation payment as a result of your actions, or a member of your party or visiting friends. this includes damage to the building, fixtures and fittings.

GDPR:
As you will be aware, the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into effect on the 25th May 2018. To comply with this, Rowan Guesthouse Group LTD would like to inform you that your personal information; including contact names and email addresses etc, are held on file and are retained for business purposes only. The safe storage of your personal information is taken very seriously by us and will not be shared with any other organisations for any sales or marketing purposes. If you are no longer happy with us contacting you, you have the option to ‘opt out’ by contacting us at info@ardrossglencairn.co.uk

Cancellation Policy

• From the time of booking until 3 days prior to check in there is no cancellation charge.
• From 3 days until check-in the cancellation charge is the cost of the first night stay.
• No shows incur 100% charge of the entire booking.
