Each room has an en-suite shower room, Freeview TV, tea and coffee-making facilities, free WiFi and fresh towels — a convenient and comfortable stay right in the heart of Inverness.

As a room-only property, no meals are provided on site. We are fortunate to have a wide choice of cafés, breakfast spots, pubs and restaurants close by. We’re happy to recommend local favourites during your stay.
